After another enjoyably busy weekend, I visited the Tottenham Royal Mail sorting office in Bruce Grove on what was a truly brisk pre-Christmas Monday morning.
The postmen and women were sorting letters, packages and parcels into their respective roads, preparing for the morning’s long walk and drive distributing Tottenham’s mail. It’s a particularly busy time of year for them as the holidays see a surge in post with presents and cards being sent here, there and everywhere. It was heart-warming to see the hard work of those involved at the sorting office be so engaged with their jobs as they carry out the much valued service that they provide in our constituency.
They are all greatly appreciated and I would like to thank them on behalf of all of us in Tottenham for doing the work that they do with such passion and dedication.
