David Lammy was proud at this year's Labour Party Conference to accept an invite to speak on the issue of skills and homelessness. His focus was on the powerful role gaining new skills can have on tackling homelessness, and the vital importance of targeting dedicated support to those that need it close to where they are living.
The event was hosted by National Institute of Adult Continuing Education and co-sponsered by St Mungo's and Crisis. David was also joined on the panel by the Rt Hon. Hilary Armstrong MP and representatives of these organisations.
