David Lammy MP speaks in Westminster Hall about the detrimental effect the cap on Housing Benefit will have on thousands of Londoners. He claims that an exodous of lower and middle-income families from inner London is not only morally obhorent, it will put increasing pressure of the housing need of outer boroughs that are already have huge problems of overcrowding and homelessness.
