Yesterday - Wednesday 14th October - David spoke at the House of Commons in his role as Minister for Higer Education and Intellectual Property.
He explained what the government was doing with regards to the delay in processesing student loans as well as highlighting how Tory higher education policy of 8% interest on loan repayments would lead to greater barriers for entry for working class students.
