| David holds a surgery at the Turkish Cypriot Women's Group |

Yesterday, 16th February 2010, David Lammy MP held a impromptu surgery at the Turkish Cypriot Women's Group on Green Lanes. David answered the questions and took notes on the cases of several members of the group, with the hope of being able to use his office's experience to help them out.
David Lammy said:
"It is important for a Member of Parliament to reach out to members of the community and hold surgeries other than the town hall, because there are some constituents who do not know how my office and I can help them."
