| David holds a Coffee Morning at the Edgecot Grove Estate |

Today, 19/02/2010, David held a coffee morning for residents on the Edgecot Grove Estate, near Seven Sisters Tube. This was a great opportunity for residents to speak candidly with David about improvements they wish to see for their estate.
David also toured the estate with residents to view the result of investment into the local environment.
David said:
"The Edgecot Grove Estate is really looking great, and I've met with some fantastic residents who are always incredibly welcoming when I come."
